The experience continues with a bath in El’s enchanting Emotional Pools: in a steam-filled atmosphere, you immerse yourself in waters with regenerating properties. The experience becomes truly unique thanks to the underwater sound waves, which envelop you and take you on a journey of deep relaxation: surrender to the gentle harmony vibrating through the water, calming the mind and rejuvenating the body.

And if you wish to end with a burst of energy, the transition from the calidarium (hot bath) to the frigidarium (cold bath), following the ancient tradition of Roman baths, has a toning and stimulating effect on circulation.
