For El spa, appointments are very important. We are aware that Customers may need to modify or delete them. In this regard, the following is specified:
Any cancellation of the scheduled appointment must be communicated at least 24 hours before that date, under penalty of losing the right to carry out the services purchased.
This clause is different when booking groups (from 4 to 12 people). El Spa is keen to guarantee a service of the highest level; in the case of groups, this requires a great organizational commitment (in terms of spaces, personnel, …) so that the services offered are excellent.
The cancellation terms therefore become the following:
- Any cancellation of booked treatments must be made 10 days before the scheduled appointment; in this case the entire amount paid will be returned;
- in the event of cancellation/modification of the chosen treatments or the number of participants, made subsequently and within 4 days prior to the scheduled appointment, a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid or of the fee relating to the canceling participants will be retained;
- in the event of cancellation or change in the number of participants from 3 days prior to the appointment, 100% of the amount paid will be retained.
Any communication of cancellation/modification of the booked appointment must be communicated by email to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
For El Spa your appointments are very important. We understand that appointments can be changed or canceled with 24 hours notice. In case of no-show without notice on the day of the appointment, 100% of the price of the booked service will be charged.
The late arrival of the Customer will affect the duration of the treatment, if it is not possible to make up for the lost time based on the appointments of the day; in any case you will be charged for the booked service. If the delay is more than 15 minutes and we do not have enough time to perform the service due to the timing, the full amount will be charged.
