Dreamland wants all its Clients to be fully satisfied.
In compliance with the Italian Law (Consumer Code), the Client has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, within 14 days since the purchase date.
To withdraw from the contract, the Client must inform us about his/her decision to withdraw from the present contract with explicit declaration (i.e. letter or e-mail). The declaration may be sent to:

To this end, we advise the Customer to use the standard form specified below:
– with the present letter, I am to inform about my withdrawal from the Sale contract for the following services (specify the services)
– ordered on (write date)
– Name of Client (write name)
– Date (write date).
To fulfill the Right of Withdrawal, the Client must send communication for the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
By withdrawing from the preset contract, the Client will be reimbursed by Dreamland, with no delay, within 14 days upon receiving the decision to withdraw from the present contract.
6 – State of health
When booking, please inform reception of any physical condition, pregnancy, allergies or anything else that may affect the choice of your treatment. In compliance with health and hygiene standards, people with skin or water-borne contagious diseases will not be able to access the spa.
7 – Use of the spa
El spa is a place where tranquility and serenity reign. We kindly ask you not to use cell phones and to moderate your tone of voice. Smoking is prohibited throughout the centre.
8 – El Spa at your home
To continue the experience begun at El Spa at home and enjoy its benefits for longer, all the products used during your treatments can be purchased. For info and costs, please contact the reception.
9 – Lost property and damage
The Management is not liable in the event of theft, lost objects or damage to personal and valuable objects. For this reason we advise you not to leave them unattended. Likewise, it assumes no responsibility for the objects deposited in the lockers intended for clothing.
If lost items are found, if recovered, they will be delivered to the main Reception.
The Management is not responsible in any way for any accidents, injuries or other things that may happen to users due to behavior attributable to them.
