A mindfulness course is the most valuable thing we can give ourselves to bring harmony and joy back into our lives, rediscover the ability to handle stress and small challenges from daily life, and improve our relationships. It is a way to get in touch with what is going on inside and outside of us, to take care of the body and mind.
The course, which involves a minimum of 7 meetings, is carefully structured so as to enable mastery of the proposed tools and the ability, at the end of the course, to carry them out independently.
It can be done individually or in pairs.
An initial cognitive and explanatory session of the course is planned, free of charge.
Cost per single session: €60, duration 50 minutes.
Cost per couple session: € 90, duration 50 minutes.
