In a suffused and enveloping environment, reserved exclusively for you, you will experience an unforgettable sensory journey.

The path begins with the ancient Arab ritual of the hammam. Guests are initially stationed in the calidarium, a 40° hot steam room. After about 20 minutes, a deep skin scrub is performed with a rough glove: this removes dead skin cells, with a regenerating effect on the skin, which becomes radiant. The ritual continues with the traditional savonage with the precious savon noir Cinq Mondes and the washing, carried out through copious and vigorous ablutions. The feeling is that of being washed and pampered like babies.

This is followed by bathing in the evocative El’s pools: in a dense atmosphere of steam, you immerse yourself in waters with rejuvenating properties. The transition from the calidarium (hot tub) to the frigidarium (cold tub), in the ancient tradition of Roman baths, has a stimulating effect on circulation.

Once the essential oil with the most preferred fragrance has been chosen, the path continues with a 60 min massage of your choice, for the psychophysical rebalancing of the individual. In addition, aromatherapy helps with the release of tension and the achievement of a state of complete relaxation.

The path ends in the relaxation room where you enjoy a purifying herbal tea or revitalizing green tea.

The path drives away the harmful effects of stress and generates a state of deep well-being.
