Harmony Wellness Path

In a soft and enveloping atmosphere, reserved exclusively for you, experience an unforgettable sensory journey.

The path begins with the ancient Arab ritual of the hammam. Guest initially stays in the calidarium (40°C steam). After about 20 minutes, a deep scrub is performed with the Kessa glove, leaving the skin deeply regenerated and incredibly radiant. The ritual continues with the traditional savonage with the precious savon noir and washing (body and hair), carried out through abundant and energetic ablutions. The feeling is that of being washed and pampered like babies.

This is followed by a bath in El’s evocative emotional pools: in an atmosphere thick with steam, one immerses themselves in waters with regenerating properties. The experience becomes truly unique thanks to the underwater sound waves, which envelop you and take you on a journey of deep relaxation: surrender to the gentle harmony vibrating through the water, calming the mind and rejuvenating the body.

And if you wish to end with a burst of energy, the transition from the calidarium (hot bath) to the frigidarium (cold bath), following the ancient tradition of Roman baths, has a toning and stimulating effect on circulation.

Once the preferred essential oil fragrance has been selected, the experience continues with a 50-minute massage of choice, designed to restore the individual’s physical and mental balance. Aromatherapy helps relieve tension and achieve a state of complete relaxation.

The path drives away the harmful effects of stress and generates a state of deep well-being.

The path concludes in the relaxation room, where you can enjoy a purifying herbal tea or a revitalizing green tea.

Duration: 2 hours and 45 minutes.
