Tibetan Singing Bowl Massage

An exceptionally powerful massage that works on both the physical and emotional aspects of the individual.

At the beginning and end of the massage, Tibetan singing bowls are used: ancient instruments of Eastern origin.

The sound vibrations of these bowls – in various sizes – gently placed on the chakras, create intense “inner vibrations” that can bring body and mind into a state of deep relaxation and wellbeing, awaken emotional and energy flows and release muscular tension.

The cells in our bodies are known to vibrate at a particular frequency; when this is altered (by stress, anxiety, trauma…), our physical and emotional balance is disrupted. The harmonious, melodic vibrations of Tibetan singing bowls, skilfully used by the therapist, can restore the original frequencies that constantly vibrate within our bodies.

During the central phase of the massage, the therapist alternates deep massage techniques with acupressure, completing the sense of physical and mental relaxation.
