Californian Massage

“A loving touch is all it takes for the body to relax” (B. S. Rajneesh)
Originating at the Esalen holistic centre (Big Sur, California), this is a deeply relaxing massage, almost “nurturing”, with fluid, slow and gentle movements that envelop and embrace the entire body.
Perfectly attuned to the body's contours, this massage uses light strokes and gentle stretches, allowing the quality of touch to take precedence over technique, though the latter remains essential.
Benefits: tones and improves joint flexibility, stimulates blood and lymphatic circulation, encourages harmony between body and spirit, and brings a profound sense of wellbeing.
Duration: 75 min
