Emotional El's pools for Mother and Daughter

In an evocative atmosphere created by sound, light and steam, mother and daughter return to the water, where everything begins, to indulge themselves and share unforgettable moments of wellbeing. Bathing, one of the world’s oldest rituals, becomes a unique and enchanting experience in the Emotional El's pools. In a steam-filled setting reserved exclusively for you, immerse yourselves in waters with restorative properties. Underwater sound waves make the experience truly unique, enveloping you and carrying you on a journey of deep relaxation: as you surrender to the gentle harmony resonating through the water, the mind becomes calm and the body feels renewed. And if you wish to finish with a burst of energy, moving from the calidarium (hot pool) to the frigidarium (cold pool), following the ancient tradition of Roman baths, has an invigorating effect and stimulates circulation. Once you have chosen the essential oil with your favourite fragrance, the journey continues with a 30-minute massage, to restore balance to body and mind. The experience ends in the relaxation room, where you can savour a purifying herbal infusion or a revitalising green tea. Duration: 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Alternating hot and cold water, a massage and an atmosphere that invites you to relax and delight in the senses
