Harmony Wellness Journey

In a softly lit, enveloping setting reserved exclusively for you, enjoy an unforgettable sensory journey. The journey begins with the ancient Arabic hammam ritual. First, you spend time in the calidarium, a warm steam room at 40°. After around 20 minutes, a Kessa glove is used for a deep scrub, leaving the skin feeling renewed and beautifully radiant. The ritual continues with traditional savonage using precious savon noir, followed by a wash (body and hair), with generous, invigorating rinses. The sensation is of being bathed and pampered like a newborn. Next comes a soak in the atmospheric Emotional El's pools: surrounded by steam, you immerse yourself in restorative waters. The experience is made truly unique by underwater sound waves, which envelop you and carry you on a journey of deep relaxation: surrender to the gentle harmony vibrating through the water as your mind settles and your body feels renewed. And if you wish to finish with a burst of energy, moving from the calidarium (hot pool) to the frigidarium (cold pool), in the ancient tradition of Roman baths, has an invigorating effect and stimulates circulation. Once you have chosen the essential oil with your favourite fragrance, the journey continues with a massage of your choice lasting 50 minutes, to restore balance to body and mind. Aromatherapy helps release tension and encourages a state of complete relaxation. This journey leaves you feeling deeply renewed, bringing a sense of inner harmony and  wellbeing. The journey concludes in the relaxation room, where you can savour a purifying herbal infusion or a revitalising green tea. Duration: 2 hours and 45 minutes.
