A mindfulness path is the most precious thing we can give ourselves to restore harmony and joy in our life, rediscover the ability to manage stress and small challenges from everyday life and improve our relationships. It is a way to get in touch with what happens inside and outside of us, to take care of the body and mind.
The course, which includes a minimum of 7 meetings, is carefully structured so as to allow you to acquire mastery of the proposed tools and the ability, at the end of the course, to carry them out independently.
It can be done individually or in pairs.

There will be a first cognitive and explanatory session of the course, free of charge.

Cost for single session: 60 euros, duration 50 minutes.
Cost for couple session: 90 euros, duration 50 minutes.
