Mindfulness can transform our life by developing the ability to be in the present in a profoundly different way.

It is a way to get in touch with what is happening inside and outside of us, to take care of the body and the mind.

It allows us to manage the small challenges of daily life in a different way, as well as to effectively deal with situations of stress, pain and disease, but above all to rediscover the immense joy present in the here and now.

It is an intrinsic ability of us, human beings, which must simply be rediscovered and cultivated to bring back to our lives a sense of peace, openness and inner joy.

MBSR – Mindful Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness-based stress reduction programme, developed by Dr Kabat Zinn in the 1980s. Thanks to its effectiveness, it is currently applied worldwide in numerous contexts (companies, hospitals, schools, prisons, etc.) to improve all physical and psychological pathologies linked to stress.


  • Improves the individual’s psychophysical balance
  • Improves the ability to manage stress and reduces its levels
  • Enhances level of attention and memory
  • Reduces anxiety
  • Emotions management
  • Improves the management of chronic pain
  • More generally, it develops a greater emotional balance and a sense of psychophysical well-being.

Start of the Mindfulness Course based on MBSR
(1 meeting per week for 8 weeks and one 6-hour intensive meeting)
